Clinical TMS Certification Courses
The Clinical TMS Certification Courses provide training in the provision of TMS for the treatment of Major Depression. These courses have been designed for medical and nursing graduates, with options for those new to TMS as wells as those with TMS experience.
Information on each of the courses is provided below.
Two Day Clinical TMS Certification Course
This biannual comprehensive two day certification course will include a series of didactic lectures from experts in the use of TMS as well as small group sessions including practical sessions and group discussion. Assessment and certification will be provided for medical staff in ‘Obtaining Resting Motor Thresholds’ and nursing staff in ‘Conducting TMS Treatments’

TMS Nurse Refresher

This annual full day refresher course is designed for nurses with previous TMS experience. The course will include provision of the most up to date information on TMS research, policies and practices, a practical session for attendees to refresh their training, and a case presentation.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.

This annual full day refresher course is designed for doctors with previous TMS experience. The course will include provision of the most up to date information on TMS research, policies and practices, a chance for attendees to present and discuss case studies, a practical session for refreshing resting motor threshold training, and a Q and A session.
